Sodexo needed a better way to reach their onsite community with everything from daily meal menus and gym schedules, to wellness programs, site services, and updates on what’s happening around the village. How Sodexo is using Movement

Sodexo is now using Movement to manage a wide range of features that support both operational efficiency and community engagement. These include live feeds and site-wide announcements, group chats to foster interaction and support among residents, and daily meal menus that are easily updated and accessed.

The platform also provides health and fitness schedules for gyms and wellness programs, as well as onsite service directories that list available amenities and activities. Each site benefits from its own custom-branded app, tailored to reflect the identity of Sodexo’s local partners, while Sodexo’s central team leverages master app tools and shared content libraries to streamline communication across locations, reduce duplication, and maintain consistency at scale.

Since launching with Movement, Sodexo has seen measurable improvements in onsite communication and engagement. Residents are more informed, programs are better attended, and teams are spending less time chasing updates and more time building community.
