For a decade, Tui Fleming had been doing transformative work as an executive leadership coach in New Zealand—developing proprietary Stability Before Agility® practices that had helped over 200 leaders reconnect with their worth and lead from a place of knowing. She'd even trademarked her methodology.
But there was a problem every successful coach eventually faces: her best work was hidden in private 1:1 sessions and corporate engagements. She could only reach the people physically in front of her. As a solopreneur, she needed a way to scale her impact globally without losing the depth and personalization her clients valued.
After comparing Movement and Passion, Tui chose Movement for two critical reasons: better pricing and exceptional customer service. With an intuitive platform and a support team she could actually count on, she built Pulse by Tui—making a decade of proprietary practices accessible to busy leaders anywhere, anytime.

Can you share more about your business and what led you to create an app and online platform?
I am an executive leadership coach in New Zealand and globally, of course, because these days we can reach the world. I had reached a point in my business where I was doing a lot of one-on-ones and a lot of teamwork in person, which is wonderful, but I needed to reach more people globally at scale.
I decided I was going to create an app which contains my foundational practices in my proprietary work in Stability Before Agility®—practices in coming back to yourself so that you can lead yourself from a place of knowing, a place of worth. So I needed to find a platform that I could build that app on.
"I had reached a point in my business where I was doing a lot of one-on-ones and a lot of teamwork in person, which is wonderful, but I needed to reach more people globally at scale."

What led you to create your own branded app with Movement?
I have 10 years of coaching experience, and over that time had developed proprietary practices and registered a trademark that these practices fall under. But they were hidden, privately offered to clients 1:1 and in corporate engagements. I wanted somewhere that these practices could sit and be found—my voice and practices in the palm of people's hands.

Why did you choose Movement to create your app versus other platforms?
I looked at several platforms and landed on Movement. There are several reasons I chose Movement, but let me just tell you about two:
The first is the number of templates, the number of features, and how intuitive and easy they are to use.
The second, and this is even more important to me, is that their team was said to be, at least in the reviews, extremely responsive—a real person at the end of the email answering your nuanced question. Yes, they have a chatbot and she's actually fantastic, but having a real person was really meaningful for me.
Ultimately, I compared Movement and Passion, and I chose Movement for two reasons: a better pricing model and the reviews for Movement's customer service responsiveness were exemplary—and I've found that to be the case in most instances so far.

What did you particularly like about using Movement?
The intuitive interface—it's extremely user-friendly with extensive functionality. That combination made it possible for me to build exactly what I envisioned.
And I can tell you now without a shadow of a doubt, the customer service is second to none. Every single time I've had a question, probably about 90% of the time the chatbot can answer it. Every other time, a real person jumps into the thread and answers my question and solves the problem.
And that is everything. When you work on your own like I do—solopreneur if you'd like to call me that—it's essential to have a team that you can count on. And I can count on the Movement team. And as I said, that is everything.

What does Pulse by Tui offer to your members?
Pulse by Tui is for busy people who are in their head all day, toiling with the inner critic, anxious, overwhelmed, wanting to remember who they are and lead with purpose. This app is their space—my voice and practices in the palm of their hand.
Inside, you'll find six self-paced courses (the Currents), an extensive audio library with more than 50 pieces of content, new content drops every month, access to live events, and community spaces. It's a curation of my foundational practices, developed over 10 years and delivered to hundreds of clients—now made accessible to anyone, anywhere.
This app is the culmination of 10 years of work in this space. My intention is that this app makes my work accessible to even more people—that they'll learn and share these practices with colleagues, friends, family, their children—so that everyone can know their worth and lead with greater stability, trust, compassion, and hope for our future.

Would you recommend Movement to others? If so, why?
Absolutely—and I already have. For its pricing model, accessibility, and intuitive design.

For solopreneur coaches, Tui Fleming's journey proves that scaling doesn't mean sacrificing quality or losing yourself in tech complexity. After building Pulse by Tui with Movement, she's reached leaders across the globe with the same depth and personalization her 1:1 clients valued—just with exponentially more reach. The platform comparison came down to what matters most when you're working alone: pricing that makes sense and support you can actually rely on. Movement delivered both, plus an intuitive interface that let Tui build everything herself without needing a developer or getting stuck in complicated tools.
Today, her trademarked Stability Before Agility® practices—once accessible only through private sessions—live in the palm of busy leaders' hands everywhere. And, she can reliably scale since she's backed by a team she can rely on. As Tui puts it: "When you work on your own, it's essential to have a team that you can count on. And I can count on the Movement team. That is everything."
