We help everyone from beginners to professional trainers discover the benefits of instability training, coordination, and functional strength. Through our Fluid X app, we deliver educational content, certified courses, and expert-led workouts that empower users to move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose.

What led you to create an app with Movement?

We created this app because we are passionate about enhancing our clients' fitness experience and spreading education on Aqua Bags. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly platform that showcases the versatility and benefits of Aqua Bags in workouts. We want to empower our clients to utilize Aqua Bags effectively, whether it's for strength training, stability work, or improving overall fitness.

Through this app, we aim to share educational content, exercise demonstrations, and training programs specifically tailored to Aqua Bags. Our objective is to provide a comprehensive resource that enables fitness enthusiasts and trainers to learn, implement, and maximize the potential of Aqua Bags in their fitness routines. Additionally, we want to share our expertise by offering NASM/AFAA-approved courses for Trainers in an app, enabling them to provide exceptional training using our equipment.
