Roxi Smith is a Sport and Exercise Scientist with over 12 years of experience as a strength coach, specializing in helping Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes build strength within their flexibility to unlock their potential on the mats. Through Ready to Roll, she's helped close to 1,000 clients transform their performance—improving guard retention, becoming more explosive for takedowns, and recovering faster during and between matches.
But for years, Roxi was stuck with a white label app that wasn't working: it was clunky, the support was terrible, and it limited what she could offer her BJJ community. As someone who teaches science-backed, structured training systems, she needed a platform that could actually deliver on that promise—with flexibility to create custom layouts, easy access rules for different programs, in-app purchases, and detailed client data tracking.
After testing most white label platforms on the market, Roxi found Movement. What stood out immediately: the intuitive builder, the freedom to design her app exactly how she wanted, and the ease of setting up features that were painful on her previous platform. Now, with Ready to Roll built on Movement, she delivers BJJ-specific workouts, structured strength and mobility programs, and recovery strategies—all in one clean, fully branded app her athletes actually enjoy using.

Can you tell us about our business and who you help?
I'm Roxi Smith, and I run Ready to Roll—a strength and mobility platform built specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes.
I have a background in Sport and Exercise Science and over 12 years as a strength coach, but more importantly, I've been on the mats for 5+ years myself. I wasn't a dancer or a gymnast growing up—I wasn't naturally flexible or strong—so I've had to learn the hard way how to build both as an adult. That's exactly what I teach.
My community is made up of BJJ practitioners who want better performance on the mats: improved guard retention, more explosive takedowns, faster recovery during matches. A lot of them feel strong in the gym but weak when they're rolling, and that's the gap Ready to Roll fills.
What I love about this work is helping people realize they don't have to choose between strength and mobility. You can have both, and when you do, everything on the mats changes.

What problem were you facing before using Movement?
I was with a different white label company for the past few years—the app was clunky and the support was terrible, so I needed something better. And it seems I have found it.
"I was with a different white label company for the past few years—the app was clunky and the support was terrible, so I needed something better. And it seems I have found it."

What made you choose Movement over other platforms? Did you try any others?
The builder is really nice to use and quite intuitive. The freedom to create the app layout as I want it is great, the data on clients is great—it just seems to be the ultimate solution for what was currently on the market in white label apps to suit me and my community.
Yes I tried another, and I succeeded, but it was not intuitive at all.

What did you particularly like about using Movement?
Ease of use mostly and the flexibility to create an app the way I want it to look. Plus how easy it is to set up access rules, offer in-app purchases, etc.

Would you recommend the Movement app to others?
Yes—because it's the best one I have found and I have tested most of them.

Roxi Smith's journey from a clunky white label app with terrible support to building Ready to Roll with Movement shows exactly what fitness professionals need when they're ready to stop settling: a platform that's actually intuitive, flexible, and built to support specialized coaching. After years dealing with platforms that made simple tasks painful and testing most white label apps on the market, Roxi found Movement delivered what others couldn't: an easy-to-use builder, complete design freedom, seamless access rules and in-app purchase setup, and detailed client data tracking.
For strength coaches, sport scientists, BJJ instructors, or any fitness professional offering structured, science-backed programs to a dedicated community, Roxi's experience proves the platform matters. Movement gave her the flexibility to create Ready to Roll exactly how she envisioned it—with BJJ-specific workouts, strength and mobility programs, and recovery strategies all organized for athletes in one place. She went from frustration with clunky tools and non-existent support to running a fully branded app that serves her community the way they deserve.
