As a leading branding and business coaching agency, they’ve helped countless entrepreneurs elevate their brands. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your business?

Kate: We run an all-in-one studio focused on brand development and business coaching. We help female entrepreneurs become industry famous and build million-dollar brands that don’t just look good but actually turn heads, build unstoppable momentum, and position them as the go-to expert in their industry.

: Five years ago, I founded Azori—a branding studio for businesses. During the first year, I met Kate while looking for a personal brand photoshoot, so we actually met as each other’s clients!

My background is in business branding—I’ve worked with billion-dollar brands like L’Oreal, Jack Wills, and The White Company—so my expertise was rooted in corporate branding. Kate, on the other hand, came from personal branding photography and strategy, which I was eager to lean into more. She was working with brands like JLO as well as celebrities and CEOs.

As we talked, we realized two things. First, we both had the same goal: to create a program to help people elevate their brands. Second, we recognized that combining our backgrounds—business branding and personal branding—was critical to creating long-term success for our clients.

Here’s the thing: I kept seeing the same challenge over and over with our clients— I’d create incredible brand strategies—websites, visuals, messaging— but then I’d watch them flounder because they didn’t know how to use their brand to its full potential. It was frustrating because I knew they could achieve so much more. They’d second-guess themselves, get in their own way, or lack the systems to make it work long-term.

Kate: That’s why over the years, we’ve developed our signature method—helping our clients uncover their Fame Factor® and turn it into a brand that doesn’t just blend in.

Pascale: Together, we realised that a truly strong brand needs both—a solid business strategy and that personal branding element—working in harmony. That’s why we combine Kate’s expertise with personal branding, psychology, human behaviour, and my expertise with creative branding to give our clients everything they need to stand out, scale, attract their dream clients, and position themselves as the go-to expert in their field.

"Because what we are finding now is that the brands that have personal branding at the heart of their business branding are becoming the most successful. It’s woven into every touchpoint and is what makes a brand truly stand out and connect with people on a deeper level."





It took time to figure out how to transition from one-on-one service-based work to something more scalable. At first, we stuck to one-on-one coaching, but eventually, we grew into group programs, which let us help more people at once. That said, we still offer the “done-for-you” services. It’s this balance of helping people look incredible with their visuals but also teaching them how to own their messaging, lead with their brand, and sustain their success long after working with us.

Kate: Yeah, we’re here to give people not just the tools but the confidence to fully embody their brand. It’s about showing them how to stand out and build a brand that works as hard as they do.

Pascale: Exactly. It’s been quite a ride, but we’re in the best position we’ve ever been in…

Kate: Especially since the app came along!

What were the challenges you faced before using Movement?

Kate: Before using Movement, we faced a ton of challenges with platforms that overpromised and under delivered. We needed a solution that could support our vision, provide a seamless experience for our clients, and help us scale—but instead, we found ourselves constantly frustrated and held back.

"One of the biggest issues was the lack of a mobile app. Our clients live on their phones, and without that dedicated app, engagement was clunky and inconsistent. We had to resort to using multiple platforms just to stay connected with our community, which was far from ideal and made everything feel really disjointed and frustrating."



Another major challenge was the inability to build that true sense of community. The platforms we tried claimed to offer amazing features, but in reality, the communication felt fragmented and impersonal. 

Pascale: We weren’t even notified when people interacted, and the experience felt disconnected and outdated—leading to missed opportunities to truly nurture and engage our clients.

Kate: We also faced constant roadblocks with missing features and broken promises. One minute we were told key functionalities—like whitelabeling, selling individual courses, and locking content—were coming soon, but they never materialised. Instead, we were left waiting with no clear answers,  and it made it really difficult to deliver that high-end experience our clients expected from us.

Pascale: On top of that, there was a complete lack of transparency and accountability. And that’s one of the things we really admired about Movement. With our previous platform, it was such a frustration for us—we just wanted honest communication and clear timelines but instead we found ourselves dealing with vague updates and a shifting of goalposts. We never knew where we stood, which made it impossible for us to plan ahead confidently and keep our members informed as well.

Kate: And then there was the pricing—it didn’t align with the value we were getting. We were under the impression that we were getting an exclusive deal, only to see the same offers being rolled out again and again. It left us questioning whether we were truly being valued as customers.

"And then we found Movement—and everything changed. Not only has it delivered on every promise, but the team behind it has been incredibly responsive and proactive."





They’ve been so prompt with feature requests—whether it was something as simple as copy-and-paste functionality or small but impactful updates, they’re on it. And it’s like they completed it yesterday—our kind of people.

Pascale: They’ve also been completely transparent about future releases, keeping us in the loop with what’s coming next, which gives us confidence to plan ahead. And we can’t say enough about how patient and supportive they’ve been. When we’ve had questions (and we’ve had a lot!), they’ve taken the time to walk us through solutions, help us fix things, and even set things up for us when we weren’t quite sure how it all worked. Their commitment to making sure we succeed has been next-level compared to any other platform I've ever been on, in terms of course creation and education platforms.

Kate: Ultimately, we needed a platform that would not only meet our expectations but really elevate our brand—something that aligned with our premium standards and allowed us to deliver a seamless, branded experience for our clients.

What were your primary goals or vision in choosing Movement?

How did you hear about Movement, and what made you choose it?

Kate: We first heard about Movement through a friend who also runs courses and was facing the same frustrations we were with the platform we were using at the time. She knew we were on the hunt for something better and told us to check it out—and honestly, we’re so glad we did!

"When I say we searched high and low, I mean it. It took us months to find something that could truly deliver everything we were looking for and we were so determined to get it right because we knew how important it was to create this experience that felt seamless, professional and on-brand."



Between us, we must have demoed over 20 different platforms. We scrolled through hundreds of websites, reading reviews, watching videos—only to find that something was always missing. Either it didn’t look right, it didn’t have the features we needed, or it just didn’t feel intuitive enough.

So when our friend finally told us about Movement, I was instantly obsessed. I was up until 2am, clicking through every page, testing every feature, and I remember phoning Pascale in the middle of the night. She literally got out of bed to come and test it with me because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The whole time, we were like:

“Omg, it can do this!”

“Wow, have you seen it does this?”

“Wait—it does this too? It’s absolutely insane!”

It was like we had finally found our unicorn platform. It had everything we’d been searching for—the whitelabeled app, the seamless user experience, the ability to scale and customize—was right there, and it exceeded all our expectations in every way.

How was your experience setting up your app?

Pascale: When we first signed up for Movement, we’ll be honest—it felt a little overwhelming at first. But after an hour or two of just playing around and experimenting, everything clicked into place. It was really just getting our heads around the structure because Movement offers so much more than our old platform, and with that comes an incredible range of features and possibilities. 

We’re huge fans of Notion and love using its structure to organize our business, and one of the things we found with Movement is that the ability to have a page within a page was very similar to what we were used to in Notion. Once we familiarized ourselves with how things were organized, it became second nature.

"Everything is so well thought out, and you can genuinely tell that the people behind it care deeply about the user experience from both ends. Do you have any advice for someone thinking about creating an app?

Kate: Here’s our advice:

  1. This is the best platform you’ll find. Trust us—we’ve done the research for you and you can thank us later. We spent months searching, testing, and comparing platforms, and nothing even came close to what Movement offers.

  2. Don’t feel overwhelmed. Movement is incredibly powerful, but like anything new, it just takes a little time to become familiar with it. Once you do, it’s super intuitive and easy to use—honestly, it becomes second nature before you know it.

"And one thing we absolutely love? The design. If Apple were to create an app platform, we’re convinced it would look and feel like this. It’s beautiful, it’s sleek, and it’s incredibly user-friendly. Every element feels premium, and it allows us to offer an experience that truly reflects our brand at the highest level."



Our biggest tip would just be to dive in. Play around and trust the process. Honestly, you'll quickly realize how much potential this platform has to offer your business.




What tangible benefits or measurable impact have you experienced?

Pascale: Even though we’ve only had our app live for a couple of weeks now, overwhelmingly incredible. Honestly, our existing members absolutely love it. Before, we were juggling multiple platforms for messaging, the curriculum, forms, and community interactions, which made everything feel fragmented and we just weren’t happy. But now, having everything in one beautifully designed space has absolutely transformed the way they engage with our content and with us.

"It feels so much more personal and we’ve already seen a huge increase in engagementclients are more active, more involved, and more consistent. And, the fact that Movement is mobile-first has been a game-changer for us… but what’s even better is that it works seamlessly across both mobile and desktop."



Clients love the flexibility of having it on their phones when they’re on the go, but they also have the option to dive deeper into the content on their computers when they need to focus on the education we provide.

One of the things that blew us away was when we realised we could create it as an app on our desktop as well, not just our phone. It’s just next-level. It looks so clean and professional, and the experience is distraction-free—no browser clutter, no million open tabs. It’s really helped our clients stay more focused and actually get the work done. We’ve even encouraged them to keep the app open on one side of their screen while they work through their materials in Notion, which has made their workflow so much smoother.

"Another huge win for us has been using the app in our sales calls. We recently screen-shared the desktop app during a call with a potential client, and they were blown away by how sleek and intuitive it looked. It took the entire call to another level—showing them the quality and professionalism of our programme in real-time. We’re convinced it played a major role in securing a $35K project."

What are your future plans for your business and the app?

Kate: Since discovering Movement, our future plans for both our business and the app have evolved in such an exciting way. We already offer website templates, but now we’re planning to create a full template suite and course specifically for the app.
